Otera Bird Feeder

This Otera platform bird feeder is inspired by Japanese temples and is made from durable cedar wood. It has a medium capacity and is easy to refill, making it a great addition to any yard. The pagoda design adds an elegant touch to any outdoor space. This bird feeder is also easy to clean and maintain, making it a great choice for busy families.

Otera must be assembled upon delivery. Insert four screws into predrilled holes to attach top part to bottom part. Screws included in purchase.

*It is recommended to clean your feeder weekly with a soft cloth or soft brush with soap and warm water to maintain the appearance of your feeder. 

*To further protect the appearance and to ensure maximum longevity of your item, I recommend applying Varathane's Ultimate Outdoor Spar Urethane Water Based Sealant to any part of your product exposed to the elements. I prefer using a foam brush to apply the sealant. Please use the water-based version as this is safe for the birds.

For those who prefer to maintain the original hue, applying a wood sealant to non-stained items is recommended. Cedar is a softwood characterized by its unique grains, knots, and markings. We embrace these natural features, adding to the wood's charm, while avoiding any knots or marks that significantly detract from its appearance. The way cedar grains absorb stain also varies, which is part of the charm we find in our products.
