Can I customize any of the products?

We’re happy to customize any product upon request. If you’d like a perch removed or a different hole size on our birdhouses, just let us know. We can mount or hang any of our products to suit your needs. Most items can also be personalized with any phrase you’d like, laser-engraved for a special touch. Check out our Etsy page for examples of engravings in many of our listings, and if you’d like personalization, simply send us your wording request.  Most customization requests are done for free, including engravings.  Mounts need to be purchased separately and any overages in charges due to shipping in the price will be refunded.

How do I care for my bird feeders?

Clean gently with warm water and soap.  Use a soft cloth or soft brush.

How do I help my cedar products last?

Cedar naturally greys so to protect the color and longevity of the product apply a layer of non-toxic sealer or stain.  A spar urethane sealant is advised to protect the wood, maintain the appearance, and ensure the longevity of our products so they will last for years to come.  I recommend applying Varathane's Ultimate Outdoor Spar Urethane Water Based Sealant to any part of your product exposed to the elements.  Spray version is the easiest to apply (3 light coats will suffice).  Please use the water-based version as this is safe for the birds.

How do I care for the stone statues?

Clean using a soft brush with water and soap.  Stone statues can be painted, please see local paint supplier for best sealant and paint.

More Information about our products and store:

-The bottom tray of the feeders is a hard plastic mesh to allow for drainage.

-The circular opening of the bird houses is approximately 1 3/4 inches in diameter.

-We can add chains in place of the wires for any bird feeders that hang if you have a lot of squirrel activity.
